• When is the best time to secure accommodation for next year?

Most students start looking for next year's accommodation before the end of the year or certainly come January. If you choose at this time you will have a wider choice of accommodation. Students who leave it later will be left with a reduced selection.

• How can I reserve a property?

To reserve the property you need to sign the tenancy agreement and pay the administartion fee.

• What is the tenancy agreement?

It is a legally binding document between you and us, which states the amount of rent, length of tenancy, and your rights and responsibilities. You should always read any agreement carefully before you sign.

• When do I have to pay the first months rent?

The rent is due at set dates throughout the year. We offer an option to make a single payment or alternatively students can pay in three instalments throughout the year which are timed to approximately coincide with student loan dates.

• How long is the Tenancy for?

All our student tenancies run for twelve calendar months.

• What else do I have to pay for?

You and your housemates are liable for all water, electric, gas, internet and telephone bills.
